IISER Bhopal Marks Its Presence at ESTIC 2025 towards Viksit Bharat 2047

We are delighted to share that four of our faculty members from Engineering Sciences of IISER Bhopal — 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐬, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐦𝐚 from the Department of Chemical Engineering, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐮 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐝𝐞𝐫 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐥 from the Department of Data Science and Engineering— have been selected to attend the prestigious 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞 (𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐂 2025) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, as Young Science and Technology (YST) Leaders.

🔸The event was inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢 𝐣𝐢.

🔸From this event, Hon’ble Prime Minister has launched the ₹1 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐃𝐈) 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 for a new era of inclusive, high-impact research, development and innovation in India.

🔸This three-day (Nov 3-5, 2025) conclave, features discussions on cutting-edge themes such as Artificial Intelligence, Energy Environment and Climate, Biomanufacturing, Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Blue Economy, Digital Communications, Space Technologies, Emerging Agricultural Technologies, Semiconductor Technology, etc.

The event hosts distinguished plenary speakers, including Nobel Laureate Prof. Andre Geim, Fields Medalist Prof. Manjul Bhargava, Astronaut and Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, among other eminent scientists, policy makers and experts, and several panel discussions on key emerging topics towards 𝐕𝐢𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭-2047.
