The Center for Career Development successfully organized a Career Development and Soft Skills Workshop from September 5–7, 2025, for IISERB students.
The workshop featured interactive lectures, engaging activities, tests, and hands-on sessions on a wide range of topics, including:

The sessions were conducted by renowned soft skills professionals, in collaboration with the Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP), Department of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Participants were recognized with Distinguished Learner Awards, Certificates of Completion & Participation, along with special appreciation for the volunteers.
The workshop empowered students to enhance their interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and overall personality, complementing their academic and technical expertise. These skills will support them in internships, placements, higher studies, competitive exams, and future careers.
